mIRC Configuration InstructionsThis chat is also available on IRC ( Internet Relay Chat ). This system can be downloaded at www.mirc.comThe only hard part about MIRC is setting it up. I will help you through it. After downloading and installing MIRC open it up. Under MIRC options in the top right corner there will be a "ADD" button. Click on that, and enter the following information. Description: choose any name you wish, I call mine 67-72 trucks IRC Server: irc.vjtd3.com Port(s): 6667 Group: (leave blank) password:(leave blank) now click: OK When that is done go back to the main option page and fill out all the info. Which includes some basic information (Username, password and email address). This information entered will also be your username in the chat area. Full Name: First name or nick is fine here Email address: your email address ( I use a made up one, for security reasons) Nickname: the nick you choose to use in chat Alternative: incase your nick is already in use, choose a secondary nickname After that is done click "connect to IRC server", its in the middle. When you are connected to west.swapquest.com type: /join #67-72Chevy. THAN YOUR DONE! Now experience chatting on its full potential with mIRC! .
