welp, all the side vents for my 72 are cut in the dash, they are fitting very good. the center vent cut out has been cut and looks real good I'm glad thats it's finished. looking for info on what I need to do to the fire wall for the A/C system. then when thats done, I'm going to prepare the inside of the cab for the primer . meanwhile I'm still working on preperation of the rest of the truck cab to primer. where is the time going

You will have to move the hole for the header core on the firewall and cut a new hole for the xtra lines. The flapper in the cowl should have dimples on where the screws go. Here's a picture.

hey thanks /<eystroke, you have been alot of help here. can I lay the out side of the box on the firewal and trace around it to get the pattern or do you have a better way?

/<eystroke; These templates are exactly what I am looking for to convert my non-A/C cab to an A/C cab. When I print out the templates they are slightly smaller than the dimensions shown on the part. Are these templates exactly the size of the necessary holes when printed out? Thanks
