I recently purchased an 89 C1500 W/T with a 350 and Sm465 However someone Needed the colum and cut the wires in the process of getting it

I have some harness ends off an older colum and the Ign has as many wires with the exception of having a brown 16 ga wire the truck has a green 16 ga wire.

Will older harness wire up the same?


Also will a colum out of an older truck say 82-87 work? they look the
Same but all them colums looks the same

What about the colum out of a 82-92 camaro or s10?
