im going to be installing new rocker panels and cab corners on my truck as well as sandblasting and painting the frame. Is it better to replace the panels with the cab on or off of the frame?

I would do the rockers with the cab mounted to the frame to help prevent it from tweaking when you cut the old ones out and weld the new ones in. I've never done cab corners so I can't comment on that.

Rockers and cab corners are probably just as easy to replace with the cab on the frame.
