i need a long board that is adjustable with a screw thing at the top between the front and back, this way you can lock it into any curve you want. i saw one in TOOLSUSA but it was for holding a metal grater, not paper. does anybody make one of these? thanks

Was it a metal frame for a Vixen file?

That has an adjustable screw to make the surface concave or convex.

I think the best sanding boards are the ones that have rods to make them adjustable for stiffness and they come in different sizes, short to long.

Just my .02

the ones i seen are for fender crowns and come in like 3 sizes up to 21"x2 3/4" and have interchangeable rods for different curves they definitely have at eastwood.

I have two sets of the adjustable flex sanders. Made by a guy in Minn by the name of John Wheeler, great guy to deal with.
Lens' www.autobodystore.com carries them at the BEST price Ive seen. Eastwood sells them also but $$$$
A set of 5 from Len is about 120, were eastwoods you cant buy two sander for that.
IMO eastwood sells nothing but OVER priced junk.

I love my flex sanders :burnout: ...Eric
