I dont know the real name for it but the outside cab wall under the rear window on my truck is very wavy. Mainly the part between the top of the bed and the bottom of the wall. It looks like major work to get it reasonably straight. Is there replacement metal for this part or do I just need a real good body man? Im not after a show truck but I do want it reasonably straight.

Well mine was real wavy and the body man fixed it really good. He left the part that is covered by the box semi-wavy but he fixed the part above the box good. I think about any good body man should be able to fix it. I don't know of any patch panels but since it is a flat spot maybe you could make one? Guess this don't help much. Good luck, Ben

If the waves aren't too deep, skim the entire section with body filler and sand it back down with a long sanding board. Always sand in an x-pattern, never straight back and forth, or you'll end up with grooves.
