I have what I think is a cool heavy duty back bumper. It is currently painted silver and would like it to be black. Is there a special paint I should use or is it possible to get it powder coated? Thanks.

Last fall I wire brushed the rust, did the por-15 thing, then top coated with Krylon semi-gloss #1613. On chevelles.com they claim #1613 is a close match to Chevy chassis black so I use it on everything I want black. |
