Hehe, mine has no trim...but the lights aren't flush, they stick out a ways, I guess I should get some trim pieces.

ive heard of a few kits. i just started looking into them. im not sure getting them from a caddy would be the easiest way.

If anybody finds a kit, please email me. I've been looking to do this myself. I'm not opposed to welding in a fabbed plate, but a kit would be sweet.
I have been looking at the third bake light on caddys (a long slightly curved LED strip) and thinking it would be cool to have that in my taligate.

Ill be looking for some caddy light kits.
I really like how LED lights look
what do you all think about putting a strip in in the same place the stock lights are?

What trim ideas have u seen?

I went and look at the 12 inch lift 71 that was on ebay a week ago.
He shaved in his tail lights and had these little billet tailigths mounted below his rollpan
it was sweet

This isn't a very good pic, but I thought these taillights were cool. They are led strips behind the paint in the roll pan. You can't see them unless the lights are on, even if you are looking for them. The truck belongs to a friend of mine. http://www.streetsourcemag.com/uploads/Ownerprofiles/exesiv/truck3.jpg

hey HuggerCST, you're avatar looks just like my truck - at least the way it looked the last time I was at the body shop.

Yea, they do look alot alike. I wish I had more time to work on mine to finish it. If I could work on it at work, instead of staying on this computer, I'd be through by now, lol. What's your plans for your truck?
