I just purchased an 87 short bed, and the rear latch is rusted/frozen/not attached. It looks like the catches are frozen at about 3/4, and the latch release handle doesn't appear to be attached anymore, as it'll move, but not the catches. Easy fix? Difficult? Any suggestions?
