any local get togethers or are the ricers the only ones who gather locally? might be possible to gather at the Crestview Flea Market once a month to meet some people. Easy access off of I-10 and centralized for ppl in Panama City, Pensacola, Eglin, Ft Walton and bay area as well as local Crestukians lol

Well the wagon is not pretty (yet), but I'm working on it. It's a 91 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser (same thing as a Caprice wagon). It's faded grey and black primer, I've made a custom hood for it, and it rides on an air-ride system that I custom made. It has a 350 Chevy motor under the hood....

No. i havent been to any cruise-ins because i havent had a vahicle to bring. plus...i dont know where they are. I live in the Southside between beach and atlantic off SS blvd. My project started 5 yrs ago and i came to this site to help me with it. its been good to me so far. I am nearing completion of it...maybee by the end of this year. But its nice to know a couple of members in the local area. thanks!

first all you don't need a truck or car to go to these cruise-in's.they are open to all.second check out this web site,first coast car council.they have a list of all the cruise-in's around town.every sat nite is a diff place.plus there's a big one the first saturday of each month at the crystal on merrill rd usaully 200 to 300 vechiles there.are you going to daytona for spring show? the last weekend of this month is a huge[i mean huge]one in waycross at the fair grounds.who do you know on new berlin rd? i might know them ,i've lived in oceanway for nearly 30yrs.

St Pete here. I have seen a white C10 running around, its got some mods and a nice rake with fatties out back. Other than that I havent seen many of our trucks running around. Most are in yards sitting like mine :lol:

What do you guys think about organizing a cruise-in? There are usually only 1 or 2 of our (67-72)trucks at the cruises I've been to, and I think that it would be awesome to roll in 10 or 12 deep into a cruise night. My truck isn't road worthy enough for a long haul, but I could definitely roll down to J-ville. let me know what you think. If I can get at least 10 people to show interest, I'll put it together.

Still usually hit the cruise-ins with my wagon...which is the only one in driving condition..except its down right now, due to a bad lifter that I've got to pull the top off to replace....

ahh dang. what was done to it? I stopped and looked at a 71 for sale at 98 and rock ridge today. seemed pretty rough even for $1000. I used to have a black s-10 blazer that was bagged and shaved. you probably seen it around somewhere. I drove it everywhere and random people knew me by it lol.

Have you checked out the cruize in schedule on the first coast car counsel web site? They have one listed for every weekend of the month. THere is also 1 every third Sat of the mon at the new Harley store down in Ormond Beach.

Sanford (Orlando) here, been hanging out with A club here called Fuel Slut, (mostly) domestics, I've got one of the older vehicles that goes out though. Would be nice to see some more classics and get ideas for mine.

I'm from Florida, Lakeland to be exact. Almost all of my family lives in Lakeland, and my dad lives in Ocala.

Going back down for a visit in a few months. Love going to Webster too!!!
