I'm sorry to say that I don't have the '67 front parts you are looking for, but I do have cash for someone who has a decent front hub for a 2wd. (It's passenger side on a '70, though I don't think it matters).

Hello all, just to let everyone know that I grew up in Dothan, AL. That is in the southeastern corner of Bama. I sure do miss home, but I can't make the money I do here, down there  . I do travel down to mom's often. David ROLL TIDE :metal:

Hey from a transplanted Yankee in Enterprise, West of Dothan and north of Geneva, Fort Rucker country. How's that go, WarTide? RollEagle? Crimson Tigers? hmmmmmm, LOL j/k, I'm a Big Ten Boilermaker, hated rivals of Indiana University, know how the rivalries go. These southern trucks are more rust free than Yankee ones, but for sure not totally rust free, and far more plentiful. Good luck on that 68 Camaro, I traded a 68 conv for my 78 Vette, those muscle cars are sure going up in price. If any of y'all are in town there's a cold one in the fridge, stop by and talk Chevy.

Going to a car show tomorrow at Landmark Park in Dothan Alabama, just north of town on US 431, was a pretty good show in a park full of old buildings and farms, neat place. Not much of a swap area but they did have some vendors last year. Welcome to come to the house for a brew or 12 afterwards, but I live 30 miles west of Dothan. How about any one interested in a BBQ next Saturday after the 3 day car show/swap in Dothan? Still have two-decks/grills/spare rooms LOL

looking great ..why was the cab roof cut ?

mike nutt
12-27-2005, 08:03 AM
there was some bad rot around the drip rail and had another cab with an perfect top and trashed floors ,rockers ,firewall , etc. so my buddy joe(OJOE) said lets cut the top off, so we did . was't to bad a job.

EyeH8the24
12-27-2005, 10:42 PM
i wanna chop the top on mine..but cant find any one to cut the glass for me..and i dont want lexan ..think the chop top will look sweet with the bumpers draggin the asphalt...i am putting a mustang 2 (heidts) unit under mine now with bags on all for corners...hopin i have to cut the rockers off a lil bit ...hehe !! who knows...maybe cut it up to the door be4 i am finished...

mike nutt
12-28-2005, 05:30 AM
the coolest chop that i saw was done at a slant, more in the front than the rear, can't help you with the glass cutting. i've heard of people cutting the original or original type glass at there local glass shops.the sheet metal work on a chop top is a lot of work .
