Just wondering if you have ever seen this truck around. I built it in the early 90's and sold it around 1998. The guy I sold it to moved to Houston. I lost track of him after that. Just wondering if she is still kickin.
Thanks

Lived in northwest Houston since 1974, and I have never seen the truck, and I would remember a sweet ride like that.

I bought this truck back about 3 years ago and I really do like it. I have torn down going through a complete rebuild again. I am currently putting in a smooth fire wall, installed air ride on it and will be putting in a new crate motor and tran later this year. My goal is to have it back on the road to work out any bug before final paint. Hope to have it driving by the end of year. Here are few pic's of me fitting the new firewall before I weld it in and body work it.

You say you built the truck back inthe ealry 90's? Any pics of the last build you did on it?

Cool!! Good to see it. Looks like that 9 in is still hanging in there. I have lots of pics, I will post them. You post pics of the finished product!

Here is what it looked like when I got it in spring of 93.

first: sanding 4 different paint jobs off the bed

second: wearing a new ford 9 inch with 2inch lowering blocks and a set of 15 x 10 cragar SS wheels. I shelled the original rear end power brakeing on the highway in front of my house the second day after I installed the new engine.

third: obviously the engine ~325 horses

forth: doin the same for the cab

fifth: cab ready for sealer and paint

I will post more later.

It does not look like the same truck to me. The top of the cab of one truck is blue and the other is white. At least it looks that way to me.

Things I never got around to doing:
1. Install digital dash. I heard the guy I sold it to had a dash fire.
2. Tubbing it about two inches and installing some real meats.
3. Installing and painting flat panel tail gate
4. Installing A/C

What I would do different if I had it to do over again.
1. Painted it a more blue as opposed to green turquoise
2. Gone with about 400 horses
3. gone with a 700r4 instead of th350
4. lowered it anouther inch or two
5. kept it :(

I am anxious to see your rendition, keep us posted!
