Hello i am having problems with my 70 chevy truck tail lights i put a set of 91 caddy tail lights in when i went to hook up the new bulbs the only thing i get is turn signals and nothing else no brakes lights when i turn on the head lights and i cant even get a test light to work what am i doing wrong thanks shannon

This post is very un-clear to me. You say you have swapped the entire taillight assembly from a cadillac to a 1970 Chevy truck? Or, just the bulbs? Now, you have turn signals working, and nothing else? You could easily have a poor/bad ground for these tailights, try installing a jumper wire to ground them. Hope I've been some help

hello yes i did put the whole assembly in if i have to run a jumpper witch wire do i put the jumpper on thanks shannon

If the tail lights are not grounded, you can test by jumping from the tail light socket to a good bare metal part of the truck.
