What Does It Mean When I Open Certain Web Pages And Even Some Ebay Auctions And I Get A Window Pop Up And Say "runtime Error Do I Wish To Debug?" And It Gives Me A Yes Or No Option, If I Click No Then The Page Opens Just Fine And If I Click Yes It Just Brings Up Some Other Window That I Have No Idea What It Does? My Computer Didn't Used To This. I Have Ran All The Virus Programs I Don't Have Anything Wrong.

It means the web page has some bad code in it. Go into the tools/options/advance menu and check the box that says "disable script debugging", then it won't bother you no more. It's not you it was whoever made the web page had an error.

Same thing used too happen to me. I never clicked on them always X'd them out, pretty annoying though. I down loaded the latest version of Explorer, what a pain, I have 56 dial up modem. Anyways, this has seemed to work for me so far.
