This log looks like one from a fresh install. No spyware, not many BHO's at all, no real startup entries to note...

There are only two items in the list that your typical spyware removal programs would whine about and that is these:

Alexa "related" items. Fixing them would not cause harm to your computer, but it doesn't really hurt per se to keep them around either. It's based on your preference.

I had a blast in Vegas. I didn't realize the amount that my family over there is into racing. My cousin is NHRA King of the Track for Division #7 at LVMS. Both my cousin and her husband have their own '72 Chevelles they race. My aunt and uncle have their own '70 Monte Carlos they race. They're running 8- and 9-second cars, averaging between 130-140MPH in the ¼-mile @ 8-9 seconds and they race all the time.

I learned so much about engines while there it's just not funny.

I'm really happy to be back though :)
