well, my wife has a school district issued laptop that she also uses at home. about 2 weeks ago, she fired it up at home and logged onto comcast. she said something downloaded from comcast. immediately after that, there were problems. she took it to the tech guys at work, they said she had the trojan virus and gave her an anti-spyware program to run. it doesnt work. well, it does, but the problem ALWAYS come back. there are pop-ups like mad, Aurora inparticular. anyone heard of this and know how to get rid of it? also, i saw the thread with Nail.exe. i've seen that on the spyware report, too. the tech guys dont know they're asses from a hole in the ground, so i thought i'd ask you guys. you obviously know more about this stuff! any help you can provide is greatly appreciated! just realize i am a graphic designer, not a programer! i dont speak the same language as you guys. remember, baby talk . . .
