Tommorow I'm gonna try and help my buddy install a pair of new 55watt foglights on his 94 Chevy pickup. I figure/am told we need relays, fuses, etc. Never done this before but figure with some knowledge from here.... I should be able to! lol

Can anyone tell me how to wire these up? What relays/fuses/size wires i need? a diagram wouldbe awesome too

BTW, no instructions were included, he bought em at a flea market!

I installed a pair of fog lights on my car a while back. IIRC they were about 45 or 50 watt lights and the kit used a 30 amp relay. A 30 amp relay is really common, and will handle a lot of juice. Just think of the fuse sizes automobiles use (5, 7.5, 10, 15). Oh yeah, don't forget to fuse the fog lights, on the light side, not the switch side.
