Anyone have a source for quiet cooling fans that don't cost an arm and a leg?

The "case and cooling fetish" forum at www.arstechnica.com always has info on places to get panaflos and such. Directron has panaflos, but I don't know if they qualify as cheap. They are good, quiet fans, though.

Thanks. Found an article on the directron page, which showed some Enermax fans that have more bang for the buck and ran quieter than the panaflos. At $4 each, they're on order.
