Anyone going to the Power Big Meet in Västerås Sweden this weekend?

I´m going there on Saturday.

There were several thousands of nice cars and trucks there but I only saw one more 67-72 truck there besides mine, a pretty ugly, rusted out 68 short step.
I did find some parts at the swap meet for my truck.
A guy had parted out a 72 Cheyenne Super and I bought front bumper, inner/outer grille, interior door panels and a box full of smaller items like lenses (clear 71/72 park lamp/turn signal lenses, I guess those came on export trucks), fuseblock with harness, glove box door with an interesting sticker.
The guy said he might still have the kilo speedo and the buckets, he will check it up when he is back home.

Hi Mats looks like you had some good luck at the big meets.I just looked at the post date that was a while back ah. My fathers parents came to Canada from Sweden in the early 1900 I hope to visit sweden someday. Post some pictures of your truck for us all to see. Thanks 8bolt

Here are some pics of my truck.
I bought it in Victorville California about a year ago.
It is under restoration right now. I came back from a two weeks wisit in the US just this morning and I did buy some parts for the truck on the trip.

Do you know which part of Sweden your fathers parents came from?
I'm from a small town, INSJON about 3 hours NW from STOCKHOLM.

I had a lot of pics of my truck from this summer but my hard drive crashed and I lost most of my pics.
The first is from when it first landed on Swedish ground, right out of the container from California.

I doubt I will have the truck finished to the date of this year's Big Meet.
I' m going there for sure but it will most likely be in the Camaro.
Haven't had the time to work on the truck lately.
I haven't yet decided if I will pull the cab or not but I'm leaning to that I will.
