I am looking at buying the kit from Grumpy's to mount a gas tank under the bed of 65 GMC. Any suggestions on good kits, things to consider, where to put the filler neck/spout thing. etc. Any extra parts needed?

You need my 60's Burb tank. :lol: $40 plus shipping. Can't beat the price, I mounted my fuel filler in driver's side wheel tub, 'bout midway. Work's real well. Used salvage yard parts and a bit of "tweaking". Filler portion was probably under $20 total.

Do you have nay pics of the install or the tank after installation?

Don't currently have any pics in the computer at the moment. Am off this weekend so will try and take a couple digitals.
