OK, if you read the message board, things are moving ahead on my rebuild of my truck....

So anyway, I need to clear out some room

Bench seat - will need new cover, and new foam, some broken springs...GONE

gas tank, probably a little rust inside, but outside looks great, original behind the seat tank. GONE

inline 250 6cy, with non-integrated head.......no manifolds, no dizzy, have old 1 bbl carb, needs rebuild

also, 3 speed tranny included - swap a 12-pack of beer for it

pick it up and it's yours! :)

Does this engine need rebuild and is tranny full synchro ?

It ran OK, but I would rebuild it since it is out of the truck if I wanted to re-use it.
The tranny is full syncro.( I assume this means you can shift down while running)

any more questions let me know....
