i have a set of polished aluminum wheels, i was wondering if the flitz deal will get oxidation of of them, it is real heavily oxidized, if so do you have pointers on using it, and if you have pictures of before and after, post them

I have alum wheels and bought a flitz ball to clean them with. I work at a NAPA and bought Blue Max chrome polish and it worked great. My truck is at the car show in the park right now but I will take pics tonight adn post them. The olny thing with a flitz is that is has to be wet and then rung out real well.

Is he talking about a brillo pad???

If he is you can get the XXXX fine pads at home depot.

I don't know how they work.

I use California Customs purple polish but they also make a green polish for heavy oxidation. By far the best I have ever tried. My dad did his polished grill this week and now he wants me to get him a bottle!
