Any one know a reputable machine shop that specialized in high perforamnce in the Orlando, Tampa/St. Peter/Clearwater, Sarasota,West Palm Beach, Ft. Myers, or any where driving in between those cities? I am about 2hrs drive from all of them but in the middle of nowhere, so I am willing to drive to find a good shop.

In St Petersburg, FL, Godwin and Singer. 27 years ago, while in high school, I bought a couple of valves for a '64 Studebaker inline 6 I was working on- they had them on the shelf! Still doing machine work. This place has passed the test of time.

What exactly are you looking to get done? You can also check out American Motorsports in Orlando. They are a great shop and I would recommend them. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented.
