I've been on this kick.

-Wine Glass(best way to drink beer cause it holds the suds nicely...try it)
-lime or lemon juice or fresh
-kosher crushed salt..not fine, but a bit more granular
-chili powder...iits not hot, just the kind in a small spice shaker from store
-Tecate beer(gotta be a Mexican beer for this recipe Corona, etc)

Take the wine glass and rub lime/lemon juice on the rim(margarita style). In a small bowl or plate, mix salt and lots of the chili powder, dip glass rim into salt/chile powder mixture. Looks like a margarita glass now. Poor the beer in FAST, don't worry about it spilling, the wine glass holds it in nicely and you get a nice foam head. Enjoy.

Not sure why, but the chili powder taste so good with beer.

Lone Star beer (when I can find it) in a Pilsner glass. I don't get extravagant with beer. I prefer any good Pilsner, as they're mostly "light".

I like a Red Draw on occasion.
Pour your beer in your glass, mix in some tomatoe juice(V8) to the right consistency, then sprinkle with pepper.

I absolutely love draft beer and the fact that its so cheap doesnt help matters either, if im feeling adventerous I will put a couple shots of whiskey in the draft as well

I go to a REAL microbrewery by my house and get 2 growlers a week, sometimes Porter, sometimes Barley Wine and this time a Small Beer. Fresh and tasty. None of that low carb piss water for me.

Natural Light in the can. Local cocktail-George Dickel and Sun Drop. Being this is the hills of NC, some nice brandy floating around.

Yes it is. Excellant in a marinade too. Blew me away when I tried my first a few years back. Didn't expect a good dark from across the river:lol:

The chili powder 'wakes up' your taste buds...seriously. That's one of the reasons it tastes diferent with it added. If you don't add too much, you don't get any heat but, get the effect.
