I just bought a new ipod video and it kicks major butt. IT is awesome. Well my question is what FM transmitters are u guys using, my frined has a transpod and it works really good. I have seen a few others but want to know which one is best for the price. I bought a cheap one for $25 and its a piece of crap, so when i buy my next one i want quality. thanks

I got one a few weeks ago for a long road trip I had to make for work. I agree, it's the best thing since sliced bread. I got a Griffen Roadtrip FM transmitter. I have to tie wrap to keep it from falling over around corners, and there is a constant audio buzz in my work truck. But it sounds fine in the wifes minivan.

Travis you just gave me a great gift idea for my daughter. She has an iPod mini.:metal: Now my wife wants one. That's what I am getting my daughter for Christmas "again". O bought her an Ipod mini last christmas. Now I am going to get her a new Ipod this year.

Of course that will leave the mini Ipod in need of a new owner. Wonder who that will be.... Too bad it's pink....

i havent heard a FM transmitter that sounds as clear as a cable input. I have a rca cable conection for my truck and my home stereo. They work great.

I'll have to look and see what brand the one I bought for my daughter is. It's a stalk mount that she plugs in the cig lighter at the bottom of the console in my wifes Denali. This allows her to play it through the rear system and the wireless headphones. She can share with a friend while my wife and I enjoy quiet conversation.... :)
