Hey guys,

My P/O had someone who tried to fix the molding on the driver side (@$#!@*&%!) So, instead of some double sided tape and rivetes in all the right places the molding goes like this ~ with a rivet every 5 inchs:crazy:

Some of the other molding is slightly damaged from door dings and what have it. I've searched here, i've searched google, I've looked through what vendors i could find off this site(gotta support the hand that feeds ya know) searched Yearone, tried to search LMC but half way through the magazine i realized it was a 67-72 catalog :dum: .

Does anyone know of a place i can buy all new trim?

Thanks for any help,

There is some stuff in the LMC catalog. Why they don't have online catalogs I don't now considering they give the paper ones away?
I think that is the stuff on my '82 and it does look nice an shiny but it doesn't really match the aluminum corner pieces. I think if you buy it you are suppsed to replace all of your existing trim with the new stuff.

Heres some pictures.
I think it comes in a roll with enough for a complete truck.
I don't know if this is what they sell, but if it is you can see the difference in the rear section.

Cool thanks for the info/pictures, Yea it is pretty ridiculous that LMC doesnt offer a better Online catalog. I was planning on doing the whole truck because justa bout every section has some kind of mark and like you said, it'll all match.

I have a 73+ catalog coming from LC so i'll just have to wait to tackle this project and work on the other half of the projects. I have a lovely flat spot on my cam and my shocks are about toast.

Thanks again, you were tons of help

You coould try an auto body supply shop. I use to work at one and we would order rolls of the trim all the time...

I agree with Chuck. Check an auto body supply shop. They should have it in stock.

I got mine from JC Whitney and it matched my corner trim perfectly. My only screw up was not getting it warm before installing it.
