Can anyone tell me if ball joints and tie rod end for a 69 3/4 ton are the same as a 69 4x4. thanks

You could always check an online parts store (napaonline, etc.) and check to see if they have the same part numbers listed for both...

If the 3/4 ton is 4x4 it may be. if is 2x4 its not compatible
