I formatted the HD to start fresh again. I got as far as I could get with shiftys help. I now see that probably wasnt the thing to do. But messing with the computer for a week it was enough for me. Got most of it off but there was still some that wasnt able to get off.

I still keep get these "bad cookies" that Ewido picks up. I need to know how to prevent them from getting on my computer. Here is a log file of them.

Okay, check back on the other thread you'd made - I explained the cookie situation. The other two things in the list (the exploits) are items that are in your "temporary internet files" which are pretty much harmless.
