Jodie apparently uses AOL. A few days ago she was helping her son get registered and now neither one is able to log onto the board.

Jodie has cleared her Cookies and still can't get logged in.

Any suggestions for her?

Should she clear her cache also? If so, how will she do that in AOL - I don't use AOL so not sure what she needs to do.

I am also not an AOL user. Since this deals with the forum, I'm not sure if I can help? Is she getting an error message when logging in, or is there some other behavior she can report?

I don't like AOL much because of stuff like this. It cost $22/month and you can get a cheap DSL line for that much in most places.
