i want to replace the crappy wiring in my frame off project. i want to buy the painless wiring kit #10205 for 73-87 chevy trucks/blazer. i talked to the guy at painless...he doesnt know his but from a hole in the ground not to mention wiring....and he was in the tech support part of the company. I wanted to know if anyone has ever messed with this type of system before and if they had problems. My second question is if the part says it covers from 73-87...will it work for my 88 blazer? Any help would be greatly appreiated BEFORE i buy the kit. Thank you!!!:fb:

If it doesn't say your specific vehicle, it will not fit. It could be "shadetreed", or modified to work, but that will void the warranty. IMHO
