Are you talking about where it seals to the weather striping? If so and it is not to bad you can just put your knee at the bottom of the window frame and jerk on the top of the window frame a couple of times.

kinda tried that but didn't make much head way,,it's not terrible,,kinda the whole rounded corner just barely kisses the weather stripping,,enough rain comes in..everything else is good though..thanks

You could put a block of wood between the cab and door frame but put some rags or something around it so you do not damage paint. The knee door thing works too. We always use that method first. Use a dollar bill and close the door on the bill to check to see if you are making any progress.

I think I know what your say'n. Move the door strait up, get the door to fit the door frame. Dont think about the fender. Get the door right, then move the fender to match the door
PS all ways adjust the door, with the door striker out

I dunno if this will help or not but the best thing I have found while hanging the doors on my 55 is adjusting them while they are in the closed position.

you would need the fenders off for that

the thing thats getting me is the body line along the door matches good to the body line on the "rear" of cab and lined up well all the way around door opening,,it looks good, just that rounded section (about a foot long) just won't seal tight to the weather stripping,,i have the top pretty much leaned in as far as bolts will allow... thanks for the suggestions,,so far no luck..
