I am a 59 year old kid who loves old trucks and cars. I heard about this forum on another board and decided to check it out. I am currently working on a 71 chevy c-10 short fleetside. I bought the truck about 10 years ago as a project that someone lost interest in. It has beeen stripped to the bare frame,blasted, frame painted, lowered all suspension rebuilt etc.etc. I shaved the side markers and door handles,and am currently smoothing the body to prep for paint. It has a 355 smallblock,turbo 350 trans,factory air,tilt wheel. My daily driver is a 1998 lowered ranger,and I have a pro street S-10 and a 1939 chev coupe.:hiya:

I just bought a 53 chevy pickup project truck that will get s10 running gear.
You must know burnsman- I believe he is from Meadville also. I bought parts from him a couple of times- he always responed quick to emails and shipped the parts out fast. He may be a local resource for you.

Yeah its me alright, I've finally got back to work on the old truck. I still need that engine wiring harness I talked to you about this summer. I'll get with you soon about it. I just heard about this board on another hot rod site and thought I would check it out. Surprised to see a few "locals" on here.:cool:
