Okay guys and gals I decided to have a little get together before all the shows kick in. I couldn't find one in the TN area on this weekend so a few local guys help me decide on this weekend. I figure we'll have burgers and chips and stuff and hang out. We'll cross our fingers on the weather. I have a pretty decent size house and driveway so we're okay on room.

Two ways that most of you might come:

From Nashville area or South Central KY area-

Get on I-65
Get off at Exit 108 and go towards Springfield on Hwy 76
About 1/3 mile down on the right is Pleasant Grove Rd.
Take a right(you can ONLY go right)
My house is approximately 2.5 miles down on the right
3759 Pleasant Grove Rd. (only brick mailbox and big white wrap around
porch)

Coming from the Clarksville/Ashland City/I-24 area-

Get off at Exit 24 on I-24
Go towards Springfield on Hwy 49
Go all the way through Springfield and stay on Hwy 49
You will take a right on to Hwy 76(red light) towards White House
As you come into the city limits of White House the first road on your
left will be Pleasant Grove Rd.
My house is approximately 2.5 miles down on the right
3759 Pleasant Grove Rd. (only brick mailbox and big white wrap around
porch)

If anybody needs different or more detailed directions just ask me. I'll figure out what you guys need to bring as we get closer(need to talk to my wife).

If you guys don't want to come that's cool but come if you can and don't use the my truck isn't ready excuse. Just get here how you can. That means you Luv-even if you have to drive the FORD!

I also hadn't figured out a time. Don't really care I just have to be at work at 10pm. So anytime before that is cool.

Awe shucks B, I didn't know you cared so much :hm: well I'm trying my damn
best to be there, I have my amps on Evil bay, 2 days gone by, 4 questions,
and 10 watchers, and I know I priced em fair or there wouldn't be this much
conversation / offers for them, hopefully someone will get a deal & I'll get $.

Hey Bryan, what about those of us that might be coming from the east?

I don't know if I'll make it, but directions would be good. :)

Any other east Tennesseeans what to go?

5150
03-02-2006, 09:48 PM
Coming from the east:

Get off at Exit 235 on I-40
Take a right on to Hwy 109 towards Gallatin
Go approximately 10 miles to stop light(Golden Gallon)
Take a left at light(this is the 109 bypass around Gallatin)
Get off at the Long Hollow Exit and take a left
Go to the third light and take a right
Go to the first light and take a right(Hwy 258) Beech High School
Follow 258 into White House
At first light take a left(Raymond Hirsch Pkwy)
Go to 2nd light and take a left(Kroger)
Go under interstate and Pleasant Grove Rd is the second road on
the right. My house is 2.5 miles down on right.

I know this seems long, but you don't want to have to come through Nashville.

This is probably about 40-45 minutes from I-40 to give you an idea.

Get the antique tags. As a cop myself, hell I didn't know what the dang rules were until I got mine in Sept. I've been a police officer for 5 years and had no clue. Also most cops like old cars and aren't going to screw with you.

And I hate to be male schovenist(spelling?) but I've seen what you look like and I think you'll get out of THAT kind of citation anyway!

JerseyGirl
03-04-2006, 12:56 PM
Sounds like a deal, because I don't drive mine everyday anyway, only comes out once in a while, sad but true! For $33 bucks, it would be worth it for me. I have never pulled over yet!;)
Anyway, I will keep you guys posted if I can get out that day! Sounds like it would be fun!:metal:

Okay,

My wife and I were making a list of things that would be good to have.

Are Burgers okay with everyone?

I figure everybody can bring their own drinks, since that will be the thing most people will disagree on. I don't care if you bring alcohol. I don't drink, but I don't care if you guys do. Just try not to hit anybody's vehicle when you leave :)

Does anybody want to bring some baked beans or potato salad?

I figured we'd start around 10am no big deal if you don't make it by then.

We can post it here and keep it amongst our selves, we just don't need
to put prices w/ the stuff incase some of the other peeps like Drew are
going to bring stuff since he is not a subscriber, people can always call
first dibs on something, and then pass on it if they don't like the price.

03-07-2006, 10:11 PM
Cool then I'll post a few things that I know I have for sale that I need to get out of my garage. If someone wants it then call it.

-TH350 Tranny
-Chrome Stepside Bumper
-Black Metal Door Panels including armrests and escutcheons. Panels have recently been painted and have sound deadener on the back side of them.

Probably some other small things, but those are the main things my wife wants out of the garage.

LUV2XCLR8
03-07-2006, 10:45 PM
