I use mozilla and can't get any of the streaming videos to play, along with some audio. Keeps giving me a missing plug in (green puzzle piece) error. It can't find a plugin to install and I don't know what is missing. Below is a screen shot of what it looks like.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

That video played fine for me (to my pleasure). :D
What version of FF are you running?
I just installed about a couple of weeks ago, killed it, and re-installed today, so I am on the latest version.
Might want to try that?

I just updated per your advice and it still gives me the same stuff. I've d/l all the plug ins from microsoft and mozilla that I could find and still nothing. Everything plays in IE but I really hate using IE after using FF for so long.
Thanks for the help

it may be a quicktime plugin. go to apple.com and download quicktime which is intergrated w/ itunes now.
also, make sure you've got java, go to java.com
and flash, go to www.macromedia.com

figured out what I was missing finally. The only one I didn't find and d/l since I already thought it was preloaded, Realplayer.
