Out of curiosity, are the door prizes just for trucks that are entered? Or anyone that shows?

I have pre-registered my 72 K-5 and am looking forward to networking with other people. My cousin is going with his 70 K-5, and a friend of ours is going with his 67 (I think that's the year) Bronco.

It works out well, as all of the women have a baby shower this day, so it is a perfect fit for us. Not to mention, the kids we have are all boys and will be pretty excited to see all the cool trucks.

It's also neat that this is for a good cause. Food banks are incredibly helpful to those in need. Our church distributes several hundred, if not thousands poiunds of food each month...all purchased from a food bank.

See you there.

Yes the door prizes are just for those who enter a truck to the show. Participants also are the only ones who get the goodie bags. Tell your friends that the door prize pool keeps growing! Cabela's has just donated some items and increased the total door prize pool to around $4300.00!

made it to the show, very nice show, was hoping for a few more chevy's.....show seemed to be predominantly Jeep driven. There was a very nice 72 k5 for sale there.....no price on the for sale sign though......figured it was one of those "if you have to ask" kinda things.
that grey chevy on 52's is crazy!

It was a fun show for sure. The off-road group did an outstanding job. And the sponsors came thru big-time. I got the truck balanced on the teeter-totter perfectly (with the help of my kids).

The 72 K-5 for sale is mine. Actually forgot to put the price on the sign, and then left the Sharpie at home. I am asking $9800 for it, and that also includes carpet (not currently installed), a hard top, a great sound-system, and lots of extra parts. If none of those went with it, the price would be lower as I could sell them separate. I'll try to get it into the for sale section sometime this week.

Forgot to comment on the Jeeps. They were very predominant. It appeared to me that many of the people weren't interested in/weren't knowledgable about/hadn't seen anything besides a jeep. Oh well, I'll always like classic Blazers, Broncos and Scouts.

Jeeps do seem to be the largest group at the show, need more support from the Chevy guys! At least we had the monster truck, your truck, this '88 and if my brother wasn't at a wedding he would have had his 84 there as well.

Check out www.wolverine4wd.org in the next week or two and I will have all the RTI scores, angle rankings and pics from the show up!

Thanks for coming out!
