On my 1986 Chevy Silvearado the high speed on the wiper and the delay now does not work. The high speed will move about an inch then quit. I have a tilt steering colum. Anybody have any ideas? I am at a loss. Thanks (sometimes if I leave the delay on when not working, it comes on at times) But most of the time-Nothing!

so do the other speeds work??

Yes, the slow speed works just fine. But when I go to put on high speed it just moves a little and then nothing. Regular speed works perfect. The delay does not work and if I leave it on delay (forget to turn it off) sometimes it starts working and keeps on working until I turn it off. but when I need it again-nothing. Have to keep turning off and on with my hand.
