Meet thread For those who don't check meets Board
I posted in the meets section a couple weeks ago, but have gotten limited response so I hope the mods will let this stay here.I tried for a good date but between family work and other responsibilities I had to go with a date that was taken.I figure it's far enough away from Luv2X"s to not compete for BB members though so it may work out well.Maybe we can call and visit with the other meet.

It's just a simple get together to meet and visit about TRUCKS
We will be serving Burgers,hot dogs chips,baked beans.Along with this will be soft drinks,tea,and coffee.Spouse's and family are welcome.Please bring a folding chair if you can,cause my driveway don't have much paddin'.

Now since I figure this will probably be asked I thought I would adress it up front,

Where is that? I lived in Denver for about 10 years. I'm a East Lincoln grad. 1978. Parents lived off Web Chapel Rd. on the lake.

Andy, Camaro man didn't respond but Munday rd is north on 16 from the Crossroad at Staceys resturant. There is a car lot on the corner that mostly sells trucks and work vans. My parents lived off Webb Chapel also. Now just called Webb rd. Actually had 3 different houses there. Two on Westport Penunsula and one at Westport 3. Funny that the guy who started this thread almost 2 years ago was from Denver also. I don't know him or Camaro man. And for the rest of the world Denver is an unincorporated comunity next to Lake Norman north of Charlotte.

lol I was like that in harnett. I lived on 27 about 1 mile off 87 towards lillington. My address was sanford, but i was 8 miles outside of sanford with 2 towns between us. down the road was cameron and bbq but we had no town name.

You should see that area now. With the Fort Bragg reassignment, the area has exploded. I bet there's at least 20+ subdivisions with 500+ homes in each of them. Does anyone around here ever get together? I'd love to see some more 67-72's to get some ideas about where I'm going with mine.

I know, its nuts.. I moved in Feb last year and went back 8 weeks ago,,, there is an entire military housing area there now that didnt exist last feb lol..

ya we do try and get together, we are starting up a chapter of the chevy gmc truck club for nc as well. we also do alot of the tenn folks get togethers with them.
