Are these just a way to get money out of you? I use spysweeper & spybot search & destory (they are not running at the same time) I also clear my cache every time i get off the net. Just kinda curious if you think they are just making you paranoid so you buy it.

SpySweeper and Spybot are both legitimate programs - and Spybot is free. Both are reputable, as is Spysweeper ($30, I think).

Window Washer is more privacy oriented than anything. It removes all traces of your surfing habits. It's legit, but I've never bothered with it.
