Moved to IL last year, haven't spent much time on this board in the last few months but when I was here more often there were a few ND residents running around. carrzy4 04-09-2006, 11:34 PM Im in fargo for about 1 more month. 67chevy2wd 04-11-2006, 04:03 PM carrzy4 that's cool what do you think about Fargo. carrzy4 04-11-2006, 04:09 PM its not bad, im not a big fan of the weather. Im from the west coast, doesnt get windy like this. But its an expirience living here! I ve been hangin out at oddens rod shop and hooligans bar and grill. Lots of hot rodders and bikers, it reminds me of back home, so its good! You should see the 69 chev they put together, very nice. 71swb4x4 04-21-2006, 09:48 AM Anyone want to head South, well down to South Dakota anyway? I am thinking about having a meet at my place in May. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/showthread.php?p=1678703#post1678703 toms68cst 04-21-2006, 09:38 PM I just saw this post. I live just south of the great ND State Capitol building here. "Milner" from Mandan pops on once and a while. "Lugnut" from Bismarck pops up once and a while. "68350" and "69-350" are pretty active members and hail from Williston. rin68, I was wonering where you were. I remember you said you were moving away. "Kicknasphault" from Mohall is pretty active at times. looks like "badpeanut" from Jamestown is pretty active now. A couple of guys from the air bases come on line once an a while. (angelsairsman is one) Those are the ones that come to mind right now. We used to have a good way to search board members by their location but that got changed a while ago. We should have a board meet some time. badpeanut 04-22-2006, 09:24 AM As Tom said, I'm in Jamestown (but originally from Bismarck). Now I live next to the state hospital ;) We should have a board meet some time. That would be fun! Trifelynn is from Minot. toms68cst 04-22-2006, 11:39 AM As Tom said, I'm in Jamestown (but originally from Bismarck). Now I live next to the state hospital ;) That would be fun! Trifelynn is from Minot. - As long as you don't live IN the state hospital! (At least for not too long.) 67chevy2wd 04-22-2006, 12:00 PM I didn't know there was so many board members in ND, I guess I haven't seen most of them online that you listed. A meet would be fun. Trifelynn 04-22-2006, 05:51 PM Badpeanut just showed me this post! I was in the military, got out, and not Im in Minot going to school! I have always loved North Dakota, although originally I am from California. I have family in Fargo, Dickinson, Beulah, and Bismarck. I was going to say that we should all get together some time, and it looks like we have an opportunity. I dont have anther pickup yet, but I have owned 4, and one 2wd blazer. There is one in Michigan, that Im trying to work on, but, I dont have any place to put it, AND its quite a drive....no problem pulling it, but, like I said, nowhere to put it, and the drive. It is a 1972 GMC... Anyways, just wanted to say hello.... Lenny gmcracing92 04-23-2006, 02:03 PM We should have a board meet some time. id be up for one, just name a weekend and place 69-350 04-30-2006, 03:10 AM might as well post here.... howdy, from over in Williston. As Tom said, 68350 and myself hail from here. We're both good buddies, 68350 and me, same grade, age, friends since whenever. Although I've always loved 67-72's styles, they were just another kind of truck to me, until about the time I bought one, then with the help of 68350 it became not a "cool style" kinda deal, but it grew to a "passionate love affair" with 67-72's. Oh yeah, and if any of y'all are plannin a trip around the Williston area, contact either me or 68350, we'll have to meet up, bring pictures, B.S., and whatnot. carrzy4 05-07-2006, 09:56 PM im selling my car in Fargo, anyone, or anyone know someone who wants to buy it? http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/showthread.php?t=198609 milner 07-26-2006, 07:29 AM "Milner" from Mandan pops on once and a while. I came to OKC in 95 with the USAF, married an Okie, and she doesn't want to leave (it's a southern thing). You guys need to take in the "Devils Run" in Devils Lake every June. They had over 2,000 cars last year. There's a website, just google Devils Run. If any of you come south, bring my trucks down with you. I have 1 and 1/3rd Blazers a 71 Long Fleet, and a 93 S-10 Blazer stuck up there. I'll be home next July for the 4th.
