I was wandering this wonderful site and saw the ad on top for the House of Kolor Digital Paint Booth and thought "hell yeah".. so I clicked on it and decided I would just buy it.. well, that was before I saw that it was $300 for the full version. Has anyone tried this out or know of any other similar products that are worth forking the money over for?.... If it's that good, I don't mind buying it,.. just wondering. Thanks.

I did the same thing. I looked at it went to the buy it now and said you know what. I think it LOOKS like a good program but I would hope it gives you a color code of the paint you pick or something like that to make it worth 300.00. Oh yea the kit is only 100.00 but the name is 200.00 HOK, LOL

I don't think you'll find something that looks that good cheaper. A lot of time and work was put into developing that program and worth every penny. If you have it to spend. Paying a profesional artist to do a rendering can get expensive and most start at $75 bucks. It's not for everyone but those who get it, love it. I wouldn't see why you would need the full version anyway unless you are a shop owner or just have the money to burn. Try it for just your vehicle and you may like it after all. That's just my opinion, I'll shut up now.

Thanks fo listening/reading.

It's only like $50 for a single vehicle. I think for that kind of money, it would be well worth it!

Hey guys, I am the one who developed the program for HOK and there are 2 versions. The 300 dollar version is for the shops who do lots of painting. The single version ($49.95) is just one vehicle of your choice from our database. I have included a lot of 67-72 styles so I should have most bases covered. Andy, thanks for the VERY informative words, yes there was a lot of work that went into this project.

Please check out this link for a demo video with a 67 truck in it.

Thanks again and hope I can answer any more questions please let me know.
