My Blazer passenger side floor pan was good on the upper part of the seam. So I bent the new panel to tie in with the exsisting upper part. I tacked it at the brace where the 2 sections meet and caulked the seam. On my drivers side I have heavy rust on both side of the seam. Do I have to make 2 patches a top and bottom and have the seam be at the bar support underneath. Or can I just use the 1 piece pan that goes several inches past the factory seam. will this be weaker? I know its easier, What have you guys done
