Would a 94amp alt be enough for a mild stereo/amp, pwr windows, & elect fan application?
I've read through this http://www.madelectrical.com/electricaltech/delcoremy.shtml. I just want to make sure.

Should be more than enough, The biggest issue you will have will be the electric fan and your overall cooling properties. If its a 350 not extreme built and have at least a good 3 core radiator you will be fine. The basic issue is that these electric fans use up some juice especially if they're running all the time. Electric windows arent a big deal considering they will either be up or down and not constantly running. A small amp is fine, you start jumping up to bigger amps or multiples then you start sucking down the juice. In most cases a 63 amp alternator is more than enough, I have run a 63amp with fuel injection, electric fans, electric fuel pumps and a small amp and had no trouble. Nice facts on that web sight about using the bigger Alternators, they dont like high reving horse power motors which also means they cause more loss of HP to use.

Thanks! I detailed out my 63amp alternator but started thinking the electric fan will be pulling some juice for sure & I wondered if I needed to upgrade (why I didn't think of this before I detailed the alt is beyond me ) .
Like you stated, the pwr windows are up or down so they're a wash; the stereo/amp isn't anything big, just a CD player & a Fosgate Punch-45.
My 'ace' is the fact that the truck is 'bare bones' minimum otherwise. About the only other thing will be the delay wiper mod & some relays for the headlights.

I bought the 12SI Alt and rewired using the Mad "Full power kit". Mark was great with all my questions and his products and instruction books are top notch.
