View Full Version : What's going on here? (Outlook)

Last night, I opened up Outlook to check my E-mails for my website. When I opened it, I got the following message.

Leary of something fishy, I closed it and did not enter any information.

I sent a test message (to see if it worked) from my personal MSN E-mail acct to this one, and it did not go thru...or tell me it was undeliverable.

So I closed Outlook and reopened it, the same box appeared. So I said "what the hell", and entered my password...didn't do anything.

Immediately after that, I changed my Outlook password in Outlook.

I have rebooted my PC, that didn't help, and other than that I am lost as to what could be happening here.

Any of you guys know what I should do next?

Is this a virus or something, or a result of a windows update or patch?

it could very well be the result of the 73-87.com mailserver going down or not responding to your requests?

Thanks Shifty for your reply.

It turned out that Powweb changed things on their outgoing server...and I didn't have my setting set up the same way.

All is well now, and everything is working. :)
