Joined up your forums a little while ago and have lurked around a bit. This looks like a great place for information!

We paid $3800.. and after seeing it in person, feel as though we paid a hair too much :banghead: but oh well. It looks to be a good project truck!

I havent had a chance to take any good pictures of the truck as it was delivered here (Kentucky) from Moab, UT at 9am this morning. So i will post the ones from the original owner...

The ooooga horn will probably be replaced with airhorns.

The bed is almost rusted out, the doors have issues, the steering is way loose, the clutch has issues, and the interior needs work... the outer body is in pretty good shape, and the frame is excellent.

So be prepared for questions!

A decent blazer body oy this vintage is starting to get up there and not all that easy to find, so even if it's a little high it's not outragous. Should make a nice project.:metal:

Yep, just north of Florence.

I just went out and took a few *better* quality pictures. Ill post them somewheres when i get them downloaded.

Its going to be a lot of work, but for a vintage 4x4 with a 4spd, and a convertible top, it will be well worth its weight in play time :-)

My biggest concern is the rusted out window frame, the entire bar across the top is just about gone, and the driver side door under the top hinge mount is about gone too. Frame is in great shape though!

Welcome to the board from West Tennessee. Good luck with your truck. It may not be just what you thought you were buying but you are at the right place to fix all that. Keep us posted on your progress.

Welcome from Kentucky. Is that a horn or sirene you have there?
