Who has one? better yet, who has pics?

I have one and i'm not sure if it's factory or not but i know they were an option. I've never used mine but i've found the elec. socket behind the bumper. I'm glad i dont need to use it living where i do, but i've be afraid too

Mine has a plug coming from the side of the engine. PO bought from CO. Not listed on the glove box. I looked at a 72 Blazer that had a plug coming out of a box inline with the heater hoses (or radiator I don't remember)

Don't need it here either!

Couple different version's were made/used.

They could be installed in the block (good/best)
or inline with the heater lines (ok)
or have a magnetic one that was put under the oil pan (ok/sorta)
or the dip-stick version.

How do i tell which i have? I havent in a loonnnggggg time, but last time i checked, i'm almost sure it looked like the wires eventually ran into the block (From the plug)

Where these usually DIY aftermarket, dealer, or factory?
