can anyone tell me how to de-cache or delete cache files? or is there a program that will do it? thanks

If you're using Windows, you can go under accessories + system tools + disk cleanup. It will delete temp files, empty the trash folder and a few other things. I don't recommend compressing files, though.

You can also go thru Internet Explorer
Tools, Internet Options
Then click the "Delete Files"
You can also clear out cookies with the other button, but you'd have to redo all your passwords to your web sites.

This only cleans out the Internet Cache, not the temp files folder for other programs

there is a program out there which will allow you to clean your whole computer. It is called "CCleaner" (crap cleaner). IMPORTANT NOTE: When you install/open this program, you are given a list of checkboxes to mark off. IMPORTANT: Notice there are two tabs!! One is general options for cleaning, the second is for "Applications". I highly, highly recommend UNCHECKING everything in the applications tab before running!
