I'm planning on Saturday .. we are going on vacation right after so SUnday I will be packing.. lol.

Love to introduce my new wife to some of my crazy friends.

We leave July 31st to head for Carlisle,Pa All Truck Nationals, we'll be setting up in spots E103-E114 beginning Aug.1st, we'll have 2 tents & 2 trailers & 2 massive coolers for drinks. Be sure to stop by and say Hi, and if everyone wants to meet up Friday or Saturday your more than welcome to arrange to meet at our spots 1 row south of the grandstand / food court. I know that JK Curtis in his Custom GMC will be also heading out from Indaina along with Demmit in his Custom 66 Suburban.

I'm planning to go this year to look for some deals. I missed going the last 2 years but 70GMCer asked me to ride up with him and his son so I figured why not!. Paul, do you usually take your disc brake kits to Carlisle?. I'm seriously considering biting the bullett and going to discs!. Have to check the funds:lol:

Paul will have all our disc/drop stuff that is in stock, when he leaves. The last couple times I went, all the disc conversion and drop spindles went fast. If you want to order them now, we can set them aside so they don't get sold.

I will be there Friday and Saturday without my truck. Plan to scout for parts and ideas. May get a chance to meet up with some of you. Will be checking out GMCPauls parts for sure.

I'm going Friday, already put in for leave. I am looking for bumpers and tires for sure! May have my Hemi out there for sale.

I won't be there this year, it will be bitter-sweet. I'll be attending a wedding in DC that weekend. My one and only niece on my side of the family is getting married, can't miss this one. Paul, I sent Les a PM on Friday but in case he didn't get it, I need the 6 lug kit part#133163 (2.5" drop spindles) with the dust shields. I'm not sure what type of proportioning valve I need but I will need one of those also if you can bring it. I can buy a master cylinder locally at the parts store. Will you have any tachometer parts (tins, circuit panels, harness, etc) there?. I think my dad wants me to look for these while I'm up there so I can build one for him. If you need any more info you can PM me. I just noticed you are un-PMable,lol. I tried calling you on the phone a couple of times yesterday but got no answer. BTW-I won't have my truck there as I'm riding up with 70GMCer and his son.

Jim the disc kit with 2.5' drop sp. & dust shields is loaded and reserved for ya, I have the tach parts on the trailers also, along with Tach / Vac parts also if your looking to go that route. hello don't get to much time to spend on the site lately but hugger69 n myself will be there all weekend bringing my 72 hugger orange n white cheyenne 4x4 for the show.We are outside gate 3 at the corner house n rob is bringing his black 69 lowered swb..Looking to buy a 67-72 short bed for my dad for retirement gift. We'll be heading up in the morning. No one ever really said anything about a time to meet up so I'll see if Paul knows anything when we get there.. :)

Just got back a little while ago!. I met Tim Christian for the first time and saw Bill Athey(pickupman) and GMCPaul who had Brian (sorry I forgot your board name) helping him. Great bunch of guys!. I wish they weren't so busy so that I could have chatted a little more but that's a good thing for business when they are jumping around from customer to customer!. Thanks again to Paul for holding my parts, offering drinks and having Brian deliver all 145 lbs of disc kit to our car with his personal truck!. 70GMCer's back and legs as well as mine are very grateful to save us a few trips!. It was an enjoyable day even though we didn't have an organized time to meet like years past and the weather was great!. Till next year!!!

One thing i have found out it Paul never stops,the man runs everywhere....lol.Did you get any pics?Meets are allways the best way to get parts and meet new friends!

Didn't manage to find anyone.. :P .. found Bill and Paul's booths, but neither were there when we stopped by.

I got a mess of pics of the 'Heros' truck and many, many other pics. I'll need to host or resize them to post though so I probably won't get them up until we get back from vacation next week.

I was there to, managed to take a whole bunch of pictures. Didn't really get to much in the way of parts, but there sure were a lot of nice trucks there. I got a whole mess of pictures, so I will try and post them to my webshots tonight.
