I am starting this thread to gather folks who are willing and able to drive up to COOL Flagstaff, AZ anytime during the summer months? I am about 100 miles East of Flag, so I couldn't get to the BBQ down in the valley and at least one other board member expressed an interest in attending a meet up here. Just post when would be good for you all and I'll provide the meats, and eats!!

Here is Lilred67's schedule. I will PM him to make sure he see's the thread. I am going to leave the exact date up to him since he is travelling the greatest distance. My wife has taken some time off so there will be a minimum of 3 of us in attendance. I will be happy to bring drinks for this one if that works okay for you.

looks like i'm not going to be able to make it.my wife is short handed at work and is not going to take a vacation at that time.if i go by myself it will be last minute.so you guys make plans without me and maybe something will change on my end.i'll keep watching this thread and see if it works out.

June 23-25 is still open if that is good, and lilred67 can join in if he gets here? 6/24-25 is Sat and Sun if those two days are better, then let me know. I like doing stuff Sats so I can sit on my tail on Sun before going back to work, so lets shoot for the 6/24? I can bring the eats and if you all can bring the rest we're good to go. I'll look for some meeting places, there is a lot of Nat'l forest there so we can get out of town, or we can do a local park. LMK?

I wanted to give you the opertunity to cancel the BBQ due to low participation. I don't want you to have to travel 100 miles to have lunch with me and my wife. I have been in contact with a few members by phone and it is looking bleek! Let me know, I am still willing but it's nicer weather wise there than here. I imagine it's simular weather to where you are.

No hard feeling whatever you decide.
