okay someone hacked my computer today and deleted my file system i had to do a full format and reinstall to get it up and running well i lost my virus scan and firewall i need something free till i can get my cd back from my dad any recomend?

Yea I'm just using Avast, seems to work pretty well. Another good free one is AVG.

how do you know for sure you got hacked?

well both computers in the apartment where acting funny try to type something it would type backwards they where real slow when we got back online up and running accessed the rougter and find that some one had got in and though (got the ip addy) traced it to somewhere in china so we figured we where hacked
