i got a manual one from www.tptools.com am happy with it and didn't break the bank// the jaws have held up well over the years definately get one with a stand cause those vise mounted ones are akward to get leverage on and prone to slipping at critical times

I don't see any on the Covell site http://www.covell.biz/ but I know he did have some so give him an email. He is a SUPER sand up gentleman and I highly recommend doing business with him.
I can also recommend buying TWO full bodies both shrinker and stretcher. Don't be a cheapie like me and buy one body and then only the shrinker and stetcher dies. It is a pain in the ars to switch dies when you need to. Because you need to go back and forth often. So get the whole shibang.
I did get the vice mount bolted a piece of channel iron onto it. I can bolt it to a bench if I have a long project or simply clamp it in the vice for a smaller one.
